picnexa is built on a privacy-first architecture. Every image conversion, compression, resize, background removal, crop, and edit happens entirely inside your web browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your files are never transmitted to our servers — because we don't have image-processing servers. When you upload an image to any PicNexa tool, it is read directly into browser memory. The processed output is generated locally on your device and downloaded directly to your computer. At no point does your image leave your machine.

We collect minimal, anonymized data solely to understand how our tools are used and to improve picnexa: • Page views and tool usage counts (via privacy-respecting analytics) • Browser type and approximate geographic region (country-level only) • Error reports (no file content is ever included) We do not collect: your name, email address, IP address (stored), images, file names, or any personally identifiable information unless you explicitly contact us.

picnexa uses minimal cookies and browser local storage for functional purposes only: • Remembering your preferred tool settings (e.g., output quality, format preferences) • Session continuity for multi-step tools like the Resume Builder and PDF Editor • No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking cookies. You can clear browser cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use picnexa.

picnexa may use the following minimal third-party services: • Cloudflare — for CDN delivery and DDoS protection (processes request metadata, not file content) • Anonymous analytics — to count page views without tracking individuals We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising networks. We do not sell or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.

picnexa is a general-purpose image tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@PicNexa and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our practices.
